When will my order be sent?

For UK, USA and AUS orders, I aim to have your orders shipped within 2-4 days.

For EU, France, Germany and Spain orders, I aim to have your orders shipped within 4-8 days.

For Worldwide orders, I aim to have your orders shipped within 7-11 days.

Shipping costs are as cheap as I can make them without losing funds.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! This is something that’s been requested for a while now. Shipping rates will vary depending on the country and how much it costs for transport.

Do you offer returns?

Unfortunately not, my prints are sent via a POD service so they cannot be returned. However, if there is a printing issue then email a photo to designbyhayd@gmail.com and I’ll have a replacement sent over to you ASAP!

Can I get a design tattooed?

Absolutely! You can get a tattoo ticket here, send me a photo if you do!

Finally, do you use AI?

Not a chance, every design is created by me whilst staring into the depths of my computer screen. I don’t use any form of artificial intelligence as I strongly believe in the beauty of human creativity. I’m a small, independent creator and my designs are often influenced by my relationships, experiences with others and my own mental health.

You can ask Chat GPT to generate a design for you, but in turn I will ask the local woodland creatures what they think and they’ll probably say you suck.
